《魔谷塔楼——现代青年居住建筑设计》
在中国广州南部建造一个全新的住宅商业综合体，项目名称为‘The Tower Of Enchanted Valley—魔谷塔楼’。旨在提供一个有个性、有创意的现代青年居住建筑环境。设计是一个开放的过程，无尽的行为方式能够将时间融入到有限的组织当中。这座建筑将成为一个动态系统，并以不同的使用状态呈现出来。
该方案在建造时使用了模块层叠式，并且构思建成一个住宅体块与共享景观相结合的建筑群体。建筑交错的表面创造出开阔的阶梯景观。这种不寻常的建筑布局创造了许多各异的结构空间，以及各种尺寸的公寓。大多数的单元都拥有私人露台，而且许多露台都有着城市景观的极佳视野。活泼的外部空间是该项目的关键：建筑之间的庭院充满了各种可供居住者使用的公共设施，蜿蜒的室外花园分布在立方体住宅体块之间。
整体的建筑布局大致上为传统模式，即地下和局部一层为停车区域，包含商业区、居住区、私密型活动空间和开放型共享空间，住户可从绿地直接进入二层空间。共享空间成为建筑生命的重心，商业化设施代表沿着其周边自然生成：商店，服务，娱乐性等所属机构将设置在围绕中心的共享空间周围。住户也可以在此处以更高的视角欣赏整个建筑群体的的景观。
北侧是一个具有折线形裙楼的建筑群，裙楼上方的几个立方形体块将承担住宅功能，塔楼则将作为私密的活动空间。场地的一端，居住空间主要通过公共活动空间与上述裙楼相连，这个公共活动空间今后将用于举办相关的展览和大型活动。
<Tower of magic valley -- design of modern residential architecture for young people>
Building a new residential and commercial complex in southern guangzhou, China, called 'The Tower Of Enchanted Valley'. It aims to provide a modern architectural environment for young people with individuality and creativity. Design is an open process, with endless patterns of behavior that bring time into a limited organization. The building will become a dynamic system and will be presented in different states of use.
The project was built using modules stacked on top of each other, and conceived as a group of buildings that combine a residential volume with a Shared landscape. The crisscrossing surfaces of the building create an open stepped landscape. This unusual layout creates many different structural Spaces, as well as apartments of all sizes. Most of the units have private terraces, and many have excellent views of the cityscape. A lively exterior space is the key to the project: the courtyards between the buildings are filled with various public facilities for the occupants, and the curving outdoor gardens are distributed between the volumes of the cube house.
The overall layout of the building is roughly in the traditional mode, that is, underground and part of the first floor are parking areas, including business district, residential area, private activity space and open Shared space, and residents can directly enter the second floor from the green space. The Shared space becomes the center of the building's life, and the commercial facilities represent the natural generation along its periphery: shops, services, entertainment and other subordinate institutions will be set around the Shared space around the center. Residents can also view the landscape of the entire building group from a higher perspective.
To the north is a complex of pleated podium buildings, above which several cubic volumes will function as residences, while the tower will serve as an intimate living space. At one end of the site, the living space is connected to the above podium building mainly through the public event space, which will be used to host related exhibitions and large-scale activities in the future.
