本人从工笔画训练中感悟到全神贯注地作画所体验到的美。在绘画时，眼睛专注于笔尖上，心无杂念，把技巧、体能与精神都合为一体，进入状态，并且投入时间，日复日、年复年地不断钻研与探索，体会当中的乐趣，产生精神上的愉悦感。 于是，作品运用传统的工笔绘画技法， 表达人在专注、冥想状态中的唯美，反映追求静、回归心灵、儒雅的精神价值观。 这个体验不但是创作艺术作品的过程，亦是个人的修行、意志的缎练。 From the training of Chinese Gongbi paintings， I experienced the beauty andessence of this ancient and long-lived art form. When I paint， my eyes focus onthe tip of the brush and my mind has no distracting thoughts. My body， skillsand spirit become one and I naturally enter into a meditative state. Hence， theartwork is painted with delicate techniques to express the peaceful atmosphereand the purest， most plain and true mind. Creating artwork is not only a process，but also a kind of self-training to boost your willpower.
