马颖汶，出生于1996年，并在2019年毕业于香港浸会大学视觉艺术院。她的作品让观众透过体验唤起对自身经历或某事某处的感知、记忆以及情感。受到参与式艺术的启发，她视人与人之间的亲密感和连结为最微妙且重要的存在。观众是她创作过程或作品的一部分，在参与以及交谈的时候，空间便会被重新定义，跨越既有观念，最后促使了人与空间的全新关系。乐于建构空间与集体记忆的同时，她也钟情于日常生活中的细枝末节。某些作品的灵感来自周遭事物给予她的深刻情怀、困惑和憧憬。它们作为心灵养料在她的作品之中转化继而呈现。2018年间马颖汶于瑞士苏黎世艺术大学交流。她的作品曾在香港、柏林和苏黎世展出。 Born in 1996, Ma Wing Man graduatedfrom the Academy of Visual Arts at HongKong Baptist University in 2019. Her workcreates experiences, most often throughcreating scenarios or journeys fordifferent audiences by awakening theirsenses, memories and emotions towardspersonal experiences or a place inparticular. Inspired by participatoryart, she finds intimacy and connectionbetween people the most thoughtful anddelightful entity. While she is eager toconstruct space and collective momentswith people, she is also accentuatingthe delicate minutiae of everyday life inher work. The inspiration of some of herworks came from her deepest feelingtowards the surroundings, her frustrationand eagerness. They are transformed andmanifested as her spiritual sustenance inher work. Ma Wing Man went for anexchange programme at Zurich Universityof the Arts, Switzerland in 2018. Herworks were exhibited in group showsincluding Hong Kong, Berlin and Zurich.
