六七點鐘的陽光1

作品關於六七暴動歷史。1967年，香港仍英國殖民地，基層受苦甚深。當年5月新蒲崗人造花廠爆發勞資糾紛，工人抗議行動被防暴隊鎮壓，後來愛國左派勢力順勢發起了一場群眾運動，反對港英統治和帝國主義。 素描畫裡出現的部分圖像，參考了歷史照片圖集和相關的港產電影。小書頁則來自當年左派常背誦的《毛澤東語錄》。此外我也拍攝了實景、物件、素描畫和歷史照片，製成一段錄像，嘗試重新整理歷史的碎片，從當下的角度反省過去。 In 1967, Hong Kong was still a British colony with a large group of Chinese people suffering from poverty and exploitation. In May, a labor dispute broke out in an artificial flower factory in San Po Kong and ended up with a brutal suppression by the police forces. Then, the pro-communist Leftists in Hong Kong organized a series of actions and demonstrations to protest against the British colonial rule as well as imperialism, which are now widely known as the \"1967 Riots\". The images appeared in the drawings are partly based on a history picture book and some relevant local movies. As for the small book pages, they are from the Quotations from Chairman Mao, which was a book frequently read and recited by the Leftists. Besides, I have produced a video by making use of real scenery, objects, drawings and photos to rearrange the fragments of history, so as to reflect deeply on the past.
