1996 生于中国，现居香港 2018 赴北京清华大学作交换生（春夏学期） 2019 毕业于香港中文大学（文学士），主修艺术 Yim Kei Tung was born in China in 1996,have been being grown in Hong Kong. Hewas graduate from The Chinese Universityof Hong Kong and joined the exchangeprogram in Beijing Tsinghua University.He was honored to receive art awards,including ACO Book Price, Gaylord ChanPainting Award and Vitamin D Awardduring study. TIM Kei Tung is an installation basedartist who is inspired by artists Nam JunePaik, Rebecca Horn, Antony Gormley,philosophers Nicholas Morozoff and Sigmund Freud. He creates artworks aboutbody, identity and social issues, focusingon using rhythm and body formscombined with video and soundinstallations. Under the influence ofNicolas Morozoff, he believes thatrepetition of rhythm and body movementcan reconnect the body senses andachieve certain mentalities. Beinginfluenced by philosophical thoughts,Tung’s works reveal a sense ofmeditation.
